Atlantic Power Constructors (APC) is a full-service utility contractor with the capacity, experience, and grit to get the job done safely and efficiently. Led by a Maine-based team with over 110 years of combined field and leadership experience, APC specializes in energized transmission and distribution, substation upgrades, and turnkey EPC services.

Scott Morris

Vice President, Substation & Renewables

Scott Morris is the Vice President of Substation and Renewables at Atlantic Power Constructors. Scott has been employed by APC since 2022 and prior to that, he was the Utility Superintendent with E.S. Boulos for 25 years overseeing and leading multiple large-scale projects. He completed his apprenticeship with the IBEW and is a Journeyman Electrician. Through APC, Scott provides financial support to the local VFW and military veterans. Scott is a life-long Maine resident and has lived in the state for over 55 years.

Ryan Rudolph

Director, Health & Safety

Ryan Rudolph is the Director of Health and Safety at Atlantic Power Constructors. Ryan has been employed by APC since 2022 and prior to APC, she was the Site Safety Manager with Homeland Power and Utility. Ryan also held positions at Versant Power as the Safety Learning and Development Specialist and previously as the Environmental and Security Administrator. She holds a B.S. in International Business and Logistics degree from the Maine Maritime Academy, has a graduate certificate from the University of Connecticut in Occupational Safety and Health and is certified in MS Project Management from Boston University. Ryan is a strong supporter of the Heart of Maine, United Way and continues to enjoy being a life-long resident of Maine.

Matt Grant

Director, T&D Operations

Matt Grant is the General Superintendent at Atlantic Power Constructors. Matt has been employed by APC since 2022 and prior to that, he was the Utility Superintendent with Homeland Power and Utility. Before Homeland, Matt led projects as a Foreman and Lineman for such companies as Larkin Enterprises, Sargent Electric, Edison Power Constructors, Harlan Electric and On Target Utility Services. Matt is a licensed Journeyman Electrician for the state of Maine and has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Electrical Technology from Kennebec Valley Community College. He has completed and received a Certificate for the Electrical Lineworker Technology Program also from KVCC. Matt has remained a life-long resident of Maine.
